About / Engineer · Builder · Researcher
I’m Timothy K. Ukwueze, a Robotics and Spatial Computing Engineer based in Abuja, Nigeria.
Stress Robotics is the identity behind my work: a place for the systems I build, the questions I explore and the ideas I want to bring into the world.
01 / Experience
My work combines hands-on development with technical direction, product thinking and mentoring.
2024–2026
Led technical direction across robotics, digital twins and immersive applications. Established the Robotics lab and led the award-winning SkillForge VR project.
2023–2024
Established the Simulation lab at Innov8 Hub and led product animation, interactive visualisation and VR development, including a nurse-training application.
2021–2024
Established the Product Design lab at Innov8 Hub. Led design, prototyping and fabrication for accelerator ventures, including robotics and agricultural projects.
2022–2026
Defined requirements, coordinated prototype development and managed delivery across three fellowship cohorts. Contributed to development and mentored founders across health, agriculture, energy and education.
2018
Worked on engineering design, additive manufacturing and robotics R&D. Designed and built a robotic-arm capstone prototype.
02 / Research
My interests include robot simulation and validation, perception and autonomy, simulation-to-real transfer, and immersive environments for technical learning.
